INTACH (Indian National Trust for Art and Cultural Heritage) to promote and preserve our cultural heritage. These committees are structured to engage students in various activities and initiatives that align with INTACH’s mission.

  • Heritage Education Committee
    This committee is responsible for organizing educational programs, workshops, and seminars to raise awareness among students about India’s rich cultural heritage. It includes activities such as heritage walks, lectures by experts, and exhibitions showcasing traditional art forms.
  • Monument Conservation Committee
    This group focuses on the study and preservation of local historical monuments. Students are encouraged to participate in site visits, document the condition of monuments, and suggest conservation methods. They also learn about the importance of maintaining these sites for future generations.
  • Cultural Events Committee
    This committee organizes cultural events, festivals, and competitions that celebrate India’s diverse cultural traditions. Activities include dance, music, and art competitions that highlight traditional practices and promote cultural exchange among students.
  • Environment and Heritage Committee
    This committee works on the intersection of environmental conservation and heritage preservation. Students participate in activities such as tree planting, cleanliness drives around heritage sites, and campaigns promoting sustainable practices that help preserve our natural and cultural heritage.
  • Research and Documentation Committee
    Students in this committee are involved in researching and documenting local history, traditions, and cultural practices. They create archives of their findings, which serve as valuable resources for the school and the community.

Students learned to create clay sculptures at the INTACH workshop, where they were taught traditional clay modeling techniques, promoting heritage awareness and eco-friendly practices.
