Student rule

  1. Academic Year :
    1. The session begins in April and ends in March.
    2. Saturday will be a working day from classes I to XII.
    3. All Saturdays are off for playgroup to UKG.
  2. School Timings :

Summer Season :

Class Nursery to UKG –  07:55 am to 12:10 pm

Class I to XII –         07:55 am to 02:10 pm

Winter Season :

Class Nursery to UKG –  08:55 am to 01:10 pm

Class I to XII –         08:55 am to 03:10 pm

  1. Attendance :
    1. Students must be punctual and They should come to school at least 10 minutes before assembly starts. Latecomers will not be allowed to join the School.
    2. Students are not allowed to leave the premises without permission of the Principal. In such cases guardians or parents should make arrangements for the child to be collected from school.
    3. No student will absent himself/herself without leave previously approved except in case of unforeseen circumstances. Application will be submitted for the same.
    4. Incase long leave during tests and examinations becomes necessary due to unavoidable circumstances, permission from the Principal has to be obtained in advance.
    5. Students suffering from infectious diseases should on no ground be sent to school. They must bring a fitness certificate on their return to school.
    6. Attendance is mandatory on official school functions, like Independence Day, republic day etc.
  2. Text book and stationery:
    1. Textbook and copy set can be obtained from the specified vendor.
    2. Students should bring books and copies according to timetable or as specified by the teacher non-approved books or magazines will not be allowed in school.
    3. Student should bring one rough copy daily to school.
    4. Student’s diary will be provided from school. A second one will be given on payment of ₹100.
      1. Birthday celebrations :
        1. Children may bring biscuits/ fruits/ stationery items worth or less thanStationery will be inspected on the first working day of the session.
          1. Uniform : Balvatika to class V
            1. Summer: Red T-shirt (half sleeve), dark blue trousers (denim)
            2. Winter: Red T-shirt (full sleeve), dark blue trousers and Grey Jacket.
            3. PT Dress Balvatika to class V.
            4. Yellow T-shirt and Grey trousers in summer
            5. Yellow T-shirt, Grey Jacket and Grey trousers in winter.
            6. Class VI to XII 
            7. Summer: Check Shirt and blue trousers.
            8. Winter: Check Shirt, blue trousers and Blue Blazer.
            9. House uniform:
              1. Kalam House: Blue T-shirt with lower
              2. Radhakrishnan house: Green T-shirt with lower
              3. Vivekanand house: Yellow T-shirt with lower
              4. Sardar Patel house: Red T-shirt with lower
              5. Black shoes and white socks with red strips along with school uniform
              6. White shoes and white socks with red strips along with house and PT dress.
              7. School uniform is They shall come clean and tidy with trim hair too. Girls are supposed to come in two ponies (with plaits).
          2. Tiffin :
            1. Parents should follow the food menu. The food menu will be provided in diary every month (applicable to Balvatika & Primary wing).
            2. Children should bring tiffin for fruit break and food lunch.
            3. In case the student forgets to bring the tiffin and the same is sent afterward, it will be collected by the student from the reception
          • Library :
            1. A fully equipped library cum resource centre is there for teachers as well as students.₹5 only for their classmates. They may also attend school in civil dress. All wrapped items and cakes are banned.
